Some cocktails tell a story with every sip. The Spice of Eden is one of them. A drink where African craft and natural flavours meet to create something bright, bold, and unforgettable.

At Moe’s Tavern, we love turning premium spirits into drinks that showcase creativity, heritage, and brand-worthy sophistication. Spice of Eden does exactly that, letting Aphro Moor shine in a cocktail that feels fresh, professional, and vibrant.

Aphro Moor - The Flavour of Focus

Aphro Moor is an unapologetically African spirit, rich with ginger-forward notes and subtle hints of honey. Its bold, earthy character provides a versatile base for mixology, making it ideal for drinks that demand both depth and approachability.

In the Spice of Eden, the ginger and honey notes are complemented by crisp apple juice and fresh lemon juice, creating a balanced blend of spice and natural sweetness.

The Recipe

Spice of Eden

  • 50ml Aphro Moor

  • 40ml Apple Juice

  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 10ml Homemade Ginger-Honey Syrup

Method

  1. Combine Aphro Moor, apple juice, lemon juice, and ginger-honey syrup in a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled and well-mixed.

  3. Double Strain into a glass a martini glass.

  4. Garnish with an apple slice or twist of lime.

The result is bright, warming, and aromatic cocktail that highlights the craftsmanship of Aphro while delivering a balanced, memorable experience.

Why It Matters?

For brands, Spice of Eden demonstrates the versatility and premium quality of African spirits. It’s a perfect example of how Aphro’s ginger-forward craftsmanship can translate into a professional, globally relevant cocktail.
