His signature techniques revolve around control, infinity, and precision, often visualised through icy blues, whites, and flashes of light. Everything about him feels clean, sharp, and calculated.

Gojo’s Snowfall takes that same philosophy into liquid form. The base is crisp and citrus-driven, using yuzu gin and white grape for clarity and sharpness. Elderflower softens the edges, while lemon keeps the structure tight. The blue curaçao sits beneath the drink like controlled power; visible, contained, and waiting. Finished with shimmer, it’s a cocktail that looks calm but carries serious presence.

Ingredients

• 50ml Yuzu Gin

• 10ml Yuzu Juice

• 60ml White Grape Juice

• 15ml Elderflower Syrup

• 15ml Lemon Juice

• 5ml Blue Curaçao Syrup

• Edible Shimmer / Silver Flakes

Method

1. Shake all ingredients except blue curaçao with ice.

2. Fine strain into a chilled glass.

3. Slowly layer blue curaçao at the base.

4. Finish with edible shimmer.
