12 Days of Drinkmas 🍺 Day 10: Guinness Punch

Guinness Punch is a communal drink rooted in West African and Caribbean party culture. Often homemade and shared in large quantities, it blends stout with dairy and spice to create something indulgent, filling, and celebratory. It’s less about precision and more about generosity. A drink meant to be poured freely and enjoyed together.

This version tightens the structure while respecting that richness. Evaporated and condensed milk bring body, vanilla softens bitterness, and dark rum adds warmth beneath the stout’s roasted malt. Heating the drink transforms it into a winter serve, turning a party classic into a cold-weather comfort drink.

Ingredients

• 150ml Guinness

• 100ml Evaporated Milk

• 50ml Condensed Milk

• 30ml Dark Rum

• 15ml Vanilla Syrup

• Nutmeg & Cinnamon

Method

1. Heat all ingredients gently in a saucepan.

2. Stir until fully combined and smooth.

3. Serve hot or cold with grated nutmeg.

✨Moe’s Tip

Low heat only — boiling flattens Guinness completely.
