Sober Limited | The brand that started it all

Sober Limited was my first dive into entrepreneurship. It started as a simple but exciting idea: cocktail dispensers designed for events. The concept was to make great cocktails more accessible at parties, weddings, and pop-ups, no bartenders needed, just stylish, ready-to-pour drinks that could serve a crowd. It was my way of bringing mixology into a space where convenience and experience meet.

Running Sober taught me a lot. I learned quickly that having a great product isn’t enough; you need strong systems, financial planning, and a deep understanding of the business side. It was a real introduction to what it means to operate, market, and scale an idea, and while the concept had legs, I realised my knowledge in entrepreneurship needed levelling up.

That’s why I pivoted. I went back to university to complete my master’s, built experience in brand marketing, and shifted my focus toward creative mixology and storytelling. Sober Limited was the spark, it showed me what’s possible, and gave me the foundation I needed to build something even stronger
